What should be paid attention to when reinforced structural adhesive is used in subway construction?

 What should we pay special attention to when the reinforced structural adhesive is used in the subway?


First of all, the selection of steel bars, friends who have experienced the construction of the reinforcement of the building structure of the subway will know that the steel bars used in the construction of the subway are usually two types of steel bars: round steel bars and threaded steel bars.  So which one is more suitable for the use of the subway?  The answer is threaded steel, because the surface of the threaded steel will protrude some transverse ribs. The presence of these transverse ribs can cause the mechanical joint force of the concrete when it is squeezed. The contact area between the round steel and the structural adhesive is relatively smaller to the threaded steel. So the construction of round steel bars is less secure than threaded bars.

 Secondly, the details of the construction process should be well controlled. We all know that the construction of the reinforced structural adhesive is divided into several steps: positioning→drilling→cleaning→gluing→injection→planting→inspection and acceptance.  If the details are not done well, it will affect the quality of the project.

 


The first detail is to clear the hole. The necessity of clearing the hole is not to be said. If there is water or dust in the hole, then the bonding of the structural adhesive is not the building substrate itself. So after the hole is finished, the air compressor can be used to blow out the floating debris in the hole, and the metal brush is equipped. When clearing the hole, try to "four blows and three sweeps" to ensure that the hole is clean and dry.


 The second detail is the adhesive injection. When the glue is injected, the stirring head is inserted into the bottom of the hole to start the injection, and gradually moves outward.  In this way, the glue in the hole after the steel bar is implanted is full, and the glue does not flow out.  When filling the glue, it should be filled with 2/3 of the pore volume. Too much or too little will affect the effect of the reinforcement.
