NJMKT Steel Bonding Adhesive (Dry process) (MKT-GSS/P)

    Features:

    *Excellent thixotropy, non-drip for horizontal, vertical and overhead applications

    *Very good resistance to age, chemical corrosion and water

    *After cure time low shrinkage, wide range of mixing proportion, reasonable operable time

    *Three types of cure condition: normal temperature, low temperature, wet environment

    *Excellent properties of bonding strength, toughness, peeling strength and impact resistance

    *Fast and easy stirring ensures accurate mixing proportion, when properly mixed, adhesive will be an even color for use

    *Dry process: Mixed adhesive should be used up within 20~60 minutes (depending on specific ambient temperature), the density is about 1.60~1.65 g/cm3 (cured ), gel time is about 2~6 hours

    *Wet process: Mixed adhesive should be used up within 20~50 minutes (depending on specific ambient temperature), the density is about 1.15~1.20 g/cm3 (cured), gel time is about 2~6 hours








    * Concrete structure, masonry structure reinforced with external steel encased, grouting for welded steel plate

    * Bond the steel on the surface of beam, column to improve load capacity

    * Steel liner plate of bridge supporting beam and foundation bed fixings

    * Base and support fixtures for machinery and equipment

    Operating environment:

    *Dry condition

    Installation:

    1. Surface of concrete and steel plate must be clean, and polish treatment if rough surface

    2. Mix adhesive according to mixing proportion

    3. Bond the steel plate

    4. Press to fix the steel plate

    5. Cure treatment

    6. Protective treatment

    7. Sealing check

     

    Caution:

    *Mix the adhesive well according to its weight proportion strictly

    *Construction crew should take steps of protective measures to keep it from eyes

    *Remaining adhesive cannot be poured into original barrels


    Packing:

    *Packing: Dry process: two kinds of package, 45kg (A+B two barrels)/pair; 10kg (A+B two barrels)/pair.

    Wet process: two kinds of package, 30kg (A+B two barrels)/pair; 15kg (A+B two barrels)/pair.


    Storage:

    *Shelf life: At least 12 months from date of manufacture in unopened container when store in dry and well-ventilated place. Please store in ambient temperature from 5 ℃ to 40 ℃, away from open flame, heating devices

    *Adhesive specialized for low temperature can be stored in ambient temperature from -15 ℃ to 40 ℃

    *Handle with care, protect from rain, sunlight and place upward during loading and unloading transportation
